The hotel was tucked away from the bustling main area, offering a quieter retreat with cozy rooms and lovely balcony views. The service was pleasant, ensuring a comfortable stay overall. However, the lack of a proper beach and slightly rocky access may disappoint beach lovers.

Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience for me. The rooms have been updated to a very modern design with interestingly designed furniture, a flat panel television, comfortable bed, and modern bathroom, meeting my expectations for a clean and affordable upper-class room. However, there were a few qualities that made my stay here special. The service was very gentle, although there were some mistakes that required apologies and compensation in SPG points. The location, while not as scenic as other hotels, still offered beautiful views and was a bit far from the main strip, but manageable if you have a car. The dining experience was alright, with mostly Asian options available. The facilities were adequate, and the price seemed fair for what was offered.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel overall. The rooms were okay, though like many hotels in Guam, they could use some upkeep. The breakfast, while abundant, felt a bit disorganized. Some rooms had 4-star facilities, and I appreciated the corner sectional couch where my 4-year-old slept comfortably.
